The training session

For those of you who want a fun and varied training activity that suits everyone. During the training session, the instructor divides you into groups of two and two. Each training pair performs the exercises with rubber bands and boxing gloves together. The training session is a varied and fun training activity where you activate all the body's muscle groups.

The session begins with breathing and continues into a physical session of sun salutations, standing and sitting positions in a lovely flow. We open up, release tension and calm stressed and anxious minds. This session makes you both strong and mobile at the same time. Each session ends in lying down relaxation. A wonderful moment that fills you with energy and calm at the same time.

Yin yoga

Yinyoga

All positions are done sitting and lying down. Each position is held for about 3 minutes so that the connective tissue has time to soften and tensions and blockages are released. In Yinyoga, we rest softly in the postures and avoid "stretching". We perform so-called passive stretch with the breath in focus. We practice mindful presence where you learn acceptance and letting go of control using your breathing.
