We believe that the food we eat should be of high quality and without additives. Taking advantage of the Swedish food culture is also important, and therefore we carefully select raw materials from our surroundings and season it with global influences. That's how the Restaurant Galleriet gang creates new and exciting dishes that make the taste buds go wild.
The hotel is Adults Only and we welcome guests aged 16 and over.
However, younger children are welcome for lunch on weekends (staying over or eating dinner is not possible).

Right next to the kitchen you will find our private dining room / Chambre separée with first floor parquet to experience the energy in the kitchen. A 7-course menu is served here, where the kitchen will surprise you with small accessories and appetizers during the evening. We promise you an experience out of the ordinary!
